Answer4U is built to fit the tools you already use — not to replace them. Orders should land where your kitchen or counter already works. Bookings should land where your front desk already looks. Appointments should land where your schedule already lives. That is what the integrations layer does.
How it works
During setup, we map your call flow to your systems: what happens when an order is taken, when a room is booked, when an appointment is scheduled. The team then works to that map, and every completed call produces a summary you can reconcile against your own system.
An honest note about system names
You will not find a wall of vendor logos on this page, and that is deliberate. We only name a point-of-sale, booking, property-management, or practice system as supported once it genuinely is for your setup. Vendor lists that promise everything usually deliver a generic email forward. On your demo call, we go through your actual stack — system by system — and confirm what connects, what needs a workaround, and what cannot be connected yet. That conversation is part of the demo, not a footnote.
What “connected” means in practice
- Restaurants: orders and reservations recorded against your existing order and booking flow, with a text confirmation to the caller.
- Hotels: bookings and requests summarized for the front desk in a form that matches how the property already works.
- Clinics: appointments and requests captured with the details your schedule needs, confirmed by text to the patient.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to change my current software?
No. The integration layer is built around your existing tools, and where a direct connection is not available, the summary still arrives in a form your team can act on.
What if my system is unusual?
That is exactly what the demo call is for — bring your stack, and we will tell you plainly what connects, what needs a workaround, and what cannot be connected yet.
Book a demo and bring your systems list. Pricing is discussed on your demo call.
